1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the cv997 platform through any device — including desktop computers, smartphones, and tablets — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the cv997 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. Your continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

cv997 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2 Eligibility & Age

Access to and use of the cv997 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and financial services on cv997, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active player account on cv997 at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cv997 account login credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. cv997 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and cv997 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

cv997 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your Bangladesh mobile number. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact cv997 support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal is processed, cv997 is required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification of your account. KYC verification involves the submission of identity documents and, where required, proof of address and source of funds. The standard KYC documents accepted for Bangladesh players are:

• National ID Card (NID) — both front and back
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (photo page)
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Recent utility bill or bank statement showing your Bangladeshi address (for proof of address, where required)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

cv997 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) with no currency conversion fees applied by cv997.

4.2 Deposits

Bank transfers may take between 1 and 3 business hours depending on the originating bank's processing times. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet transactions. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by cv997, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.

cv997 does not charge any fee for processing deposits. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider for the transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned to the originating payment method.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets are processed within minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a verified bank account held in the player's name.

Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. cv997 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal request while verification or fraud checks are pending. You will be notified by email if additional information is required to process your withdrawal.

4.4 Refunds

Deposits made to your cv997 account are non-refundable once the funds have been used to place bets or wagers. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, cv997 will investigate and correct the error within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds of unused deposited balances may be issued at cv997's discretion in cases of account closure requested by the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cv997 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players in Bangladesh. All promotions are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance of your account and are separate from your real-money balance.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry dates are stated on each promotion's individual page.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times on eligible games within the stated expiry period. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses

cv997 monitors all bonus activity for evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: use of betting patterns designed to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements ("bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"), use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and use of third-party funds to qualify for a bonus. Accounts found to be abusing bonus terms will have bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and may be suspended without prior notice.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the cv997 platform are operated in accordance with their published rules as set by the respective game provider. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. cv997 does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

6.1 Random Number Generators

Bets placed before a suspension are valid and will be settled once the market resumes, unless the relevant event is abandoned.

6.4 Game Disputes

If you believe a game outcome on cv997 was incorrect due to a technical error, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the relevant game session. Game logs are retained for a minimum of 90 days to support the dispute resolution process.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cv997 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one cv997 player account under any identity or payment method.
• Fraudulent identity: Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information or documentation during registration or KYC.
• Money laundering: Using the cv997 platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activities. All suspicious financial activity is reported in accordance with applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider on a deposit that was used for gambling activity on cv997.

8 Account Closure & Termination

Either party — you or cv997 — may close or terminate a player account, subject to the conditions described in this section.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request to close your cv997 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days. If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons, please indicate this clearly so that cv997 support can also apply a self-exclusion flag to prevent future re-registration.

8.2 Closure by cv997

cv997 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• The account holder is found to be self-excluded or excluded by a third-party responsible gaming programme
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance
• Any other circumstance where cv997 determines that maintaining the account poses a risk to the platform or other players

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. cv997 will send email notifications to the registered email address at the 6-month and 11-month inactivity marks before an account is classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ৳50 may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance, up to the point at which the balance reaches zero. No administration fee is applied to accounts with a zero balance.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion from cv997. A self-exclusion prevents you from logging in, depositing, or placing bets for a period specified at the time of the request — ranging from a temporary 24-hour cooling-off period to a permanent lifetime exclusion. 8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv997's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any transaction conducted through the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cv997 is not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits cv997's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
